With stakeholder input, I designed a 4-month leadership development journey aligned with written and unwritten promotion criteria, resulting in measurable improvements in 7 leadership skills and accelerated career progression.
Furthering a Team’s Mission
A learning and development function at a mid-sized bank requested my assistance with a one-day off-site retreat to define and develop action plans aligned with their mission and to strengthen stakeholder management skills.
I delivered an experience in which they brainstormed and prioritized plans to live their mission, played an interactive communication / influence game that led to much learning and laughter, and chose concrete actions to build new habits.
Creating a Feedback and Coaching Culture
A mid-sized non-profit engaged me to help them build a team culture that prioritizes growth and development. To do so, they need to increase the frequency of praise and coaching from leaders across the organization.
I developed a 7-month learning journey that is enabling their 70 top leaders to not only learn the skills of praise and coaching - but also to become comfortable with using them. The effort is ongoing, and so far, so good - leaders are praising their team members more frequently.

A Fortune 500 pharma company sought to enable exceptional scientific leaders to become outstanding business leaders as well. One of the key pain points was presentations to upper management, where insufficient focus and clarity were creating long meetings and design delays.
My presentation skills program helped these senior leaders better explain their choices and rationale to their upper managers, resulting in shorter decision-making sessions and cycles.
