The program was recognized by the CEO in the 2023 shareholder report.

• Generated high returns on investment at mid-sized organizations, including a 300% increase in billing success rates for clinical services at a mental health care organization and a 10% increase in clients at a family service organization.

• Contributed to up to 49% increase in performance ratings among senior directors in two critical roles in R&D in a major pharmaceutical company.

• Increased retention by 20% among recent graduates of early career program by analyzing root causes, redesigning the program, and coaching and mentoring program members.

• Led an Employee Resource Group team that increased the organization’s Disability Equality Index score by 10% by navigating through ambiguity to execute strategic initiatives aligned with best practices.

• Assessed over 350 asset development teams in a major pharmaceutical company and identified differentiating behaviors of highest-performing teams. Led initiative for all asset teams to adopt new behaviors, leading to increased effectiveness and speed.
