Program Design

For Leaders

The program includes a 4-month learning journey for leaders, including

  • 2-hour feedback training (can be delivered in person or virtually)

  • 3-hour coaching training (can be delivered in person or virtually)

  • AI feedback and coaching buddy

  • Eight bi-weekly knowledge reminders and assignments

  • 1-hour Capstone event

  • Worksheets for planning feedback and coaching conversations and reframing disempowering self-talk

Training sessions can be delivered in whole or in 1-hour increments.

For Employees

The program includes a 4-month learning journey for employees, including

  • 1.5-hour training on requesting & receiving feedback

  • Research-informed Action Plan template for turning constructive feedback into growth and development

  • Eight bi-weekly knowledge reminders and assignments delivered over 4 months
